CFL refers to Coach For Life Institute throughout.

** PART III - ACLC COURSE REQUIREMENTS
All Pre-requisites must be met before a registrant's space is reserved.

Pre-requisites:

1. Verifying that you can participate in a webinar conducted in English and hosted by ZOOM before paying your Non-Refundable tuition for this course.
2. To maintain continuity of the CFL model of coaching as well as the sacred learning space within CFL webinars, this course is ONLY available to previously enrolled CFL participants. Therefore, it must be able to be verified that you are enrolled in or have completed the Pre-requisite CFL Foundation Course webinars -
   • Part I - ICF ACCREDITED COACH TRAINING PROGRAM
   • Part II – BUILDING A COACHING PRACTICE
3. Giving permission to Coach For Life Institute to
   • Share your name and email address(es) with the ICF for credentialing records as well as to receive a completion survey from ICF.
   • Display your name & email address(es) on any scheduling calendar. (These calendars will only be accessible to CFL personnel and yourself.)
   • Record individual mentoring sessions where registrant is a class participant, coach and/or a coaching client. (None of these recordings are available to participants and are ONLY shared for training, learning & accreditation purposes with other CFL facilitators, CFL mentors or submitted to ICF for accreditation review.)

** PART III - ACLC ATTENDANCE & COMPLETION REQUIREMENTS to Receive Course Credit

• At least 10 individual sessions must be attended & participated in LIVE meeting the following requirements. (LIVE on camera).

For all 10 of the Individual sessions -

• 10 Individual one-on-one mentoring sessions are included in the tuition for this course and scheduling must span 3 months to meet ICF requirements.
• You are responsible for scheduling with any designated CFL mentor available.
• For each different client you record you must submit a Client Authorization Letter signed by the client that they, the client, has agreed to allow the coach to record their coaching session.
  • Template for required Client Authorization Letter will be provided by CFL during course orientation.
• Provide recording & Self-Discovery sheets of both coach & client at least 4 hours before scheduled individual mentoring sessions.
• Recorded coaching sessions must be 25-35 minutes from hello to goodbye – without editing.
• A minimum of 24-hour notice is required to reschedule an individual mentoring session.
  • Failure of sufficient notice requires signing up & paying for additional individual mentoring sessions for the then current fee posted on the website - (currently  $150 per session) until you complete the 10 required individual sessions.

For the last 3 sessions

• Additionally a transcript of the recording must be submitted at least 24 hours before scheduled individual mentoring sessions.
• The last of these 3 sessions will be used for the Final Performance Evaluation.

You can sign up for additional one-on-one Private Mentoring sessions through CFL for the then current fee posted on the website - currently  $150.

** PART III - ACLC FINAL PERFORMANCE EVALUATION PROCESS

1. All 10 individual mentoring sessions must be completed before Final Performance Evaluation processing can be started with CFL.
2. CFL has been ICF Level 1 accredited and can perform the Final Performance Evaluation with as well as issue a Level 1 certificate.
3. CFL Graduates before year 2020 are not currently eligible for Level 1 certificate. Email Support at CoachForLife.com for details.

• Provide recording, transcript & Self-Discovery sheets of both coach & client from one of your individual mentoring sessions.
• Additionally, you must provide CFL’s mentor’s written ACLC Assessment of that coaching session.
• Must successfully PASS the ACC-level Final Performance Evaluation completed with CFL at or above the ICF ACC-level Criteria.
• If you receive a FAIL on the ACC-level Final Performance Evaluation completed with CFL you can apply again for the ACC-level Final Performance Evaluation completed with CFL by
  • Signing up & paying for additional individual mentoring sessions as you need until you feel ready to apply again. Then when ready -
    • Pay the then current fee posted on the website - currently  $100 application fee for the ACC-level Final Performance Evaluation completed with CFL
    • Signing up for and completing a new one-on-one Private Mentoring sessions with a CFL Mentor for the then current fee posted on the website - currently  $150.
    • Provide recording, transcript & Self-Discovery sheets of both coach & client from one of your individual mentoring sessions.

**PART III - ACLC MENTORS
Coach For Life Institute cannot guarantee specific mentors for these individual sessions.
Changes in scheduled mentor(s)/facilitator(s) does not qualify as a reason for a refund.

**PART III - ACLC PAYMENT, TRANSFER & CANCELLATION TERMS
All Payments are Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable.

• Payments made to CFL must be made by credit card.
• Full payment is due before scheduling the first date of your individual Part III - ACLC mentoring session.
• 2024 Tuition $1,500
  Individual Times Available
  Once Registered you will be contacted to setup your private individual schedule
  MUST be paid for and started by May 29, 2024

I further declare that I have read, understand and accept Coach For Life Institute's Company Policies and Terms & Conditions on the COMPANY INFO menu here. If any discrepancies or inconsistencies exist between the Company Policies and Terms & Conditions posted on the Coach for Life Institute, LLC website, this course's Enrollment Agreement will take precedence for this course.
